Coaching

Coaches are needed at every level

Head Coaches

You are the leader of your respective team. Head coaches communicate with parents and other coaches, create practice plans, enforce RYF league rules and encourage their athletes to do their best.

Assistant Coaches

Assistant coaches are support pieces to the head coach and similar to the head coach, encourage and help build up young athletes. Assistant coaches lead drills, can help specialize in specific areas and can fill in as the head coach in his/her absence.

Interested in coaching?

Our youth need role models more than anything. Communication, practice plans, skills and rules can be learned by a coach.
